Once we receive your referral form via fax, we will verify with insurance that your child is eligible to receive services, which usually takes less than 1 business day. Once verified, we will call you to set up an appointment within 48 hours.

4. What if I have a complaint?

2. What if I have a crisis?

Call 911 if anyone is in danger, then contact us at (404) 214-7116 and leave a message. A staff member is on call 24 hours a day.
